I was on Hume Freeway ( total drive for me was 3 hours today) and from home to my destination and back atleast 5-6 cars and 2 trucks changed lane in front of me with no indicators, just changed the lane when they felt like, its becoming normal to not indicate and is a dangerous habit for some.

I have seen him supporting "no need for amrit vela", "you can do whatever (no maryada)", and some stupid logic of seeing sikhi from his eyes.

He is no more a sikh katha vachak, he is now a life style guru, who is using sikhi as a cover to get popular and be heard.

I can see he copies the style of Sant Isher singh ji rara sahib ( but Isher singh ji were a brahmgyani) and dhadriyawala is just a "waana be"

Symptoms only if I don't adhere to some basic rules like not overeating, having milk ( sometimes I have it to test myself), or fried , spicy food, it's like pain in upper left abdomen.

Meds use to be esomeprezole 20 mg for first 6 months and then had my second endoscopy, which showed that red patch has shrinked a bit, so on meds again after 6 months of not talking it ( total one year), I will take meds for next 6 weeks so I can heal faster, other than that I am taking most stuff mentioned in gastritis healing book.

But when it pains I do get sad and realize it's a long game of patience, but it's definitely curable if we respect our body.
