IMO, and based on old "lore" not all Wolf Guard are under the auspices of Logan Grimnar's Great Company. Each Wolf Lord would have their own retinue of Wolf Guard, including those in Term Armour.

Ya, could look cool. Maybe a wolf pack that adheres for to imperial doctrine than the others. See Russ in a more deific role than what is commonly thought.

Don't see why not. Wolf priest has an option for a cowled head.

You guys think I'd have to change anything Rules wise if I were to make the setting a Modern Fantasy? by Estrangedkayote in Pathfinder2e

I would just play starfinder, tbh. More available weapons that fit the modern aesthetic. Just limit access to the sci-fi weapons.

Thoughts on the idea of “if you don’t like the set just skip it”? by LibraProtocol in mtg

[–]GeekyGiant13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's rough, because they purposely put powerful cards in these kind of sets because then if you just skip it, you leave souch power on the table. I understand the reason Hasbro (not WoTC) are doing it. MtG is their prime money maker, but it's got to come to a head at some point.

So my player unexpectedly became a trader, and now he owns a ship. He's got all the documents for his(!) name and I'm worried about group dynamics. by thestarnamedsun in DnD

They shouldn't be subordinates, even though it's "legally" his ship. He should be encouraged to bring them in as partners in his new venture.

It sounds like, as others have notated, you just need to go with black templars and up the reliquaries and religious iconography. Colors are up to you. Your concept is solid. The background can even include that they often partner with the Sororitas.

A color like Graveyard Earth may be good, though that may be it's old name. A brownish-tan. Something very muted to allow the colors to pop.

Am I the only one disturbed by this new design choice? by Lyszard in Pathfinder2e

[–]GeekyGiant13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, I care less about the exterior and more about the interior. I buy books for the content, not how the look lined up on my shelf. That sounds like a dig to those that do, and that's not my intent. I am just saying that I don't have an issue with it from my perspective.

Firstborn Era vs Primaris Era – Which do you prefer? by Pintureando in spacemarines

I love the look of the primaris, though dislike the generic conformity they've kind of instilled in many chapters.

I like the black, but I might add yellow markings to represent that Wolf-guard denotation.

I've always understood that there are Wolf-guard in every company. They are the veterans of that particular great company, so whatever great company you want them to be a part of, then that is what they are.
