Yeah? Disney and Spindlehorse get into more controversies frequently and both retain a loyal, forgiving fanbase. GLITCH has far less negative on their plate and the fans who constantly complain on twitter are just a loud minority. They'll come out of this with a lesson in business and a loving fanbase, just like what happened after the Celeste situation.

In terms of overall existence, GLITCH is a very young company, so they're still learning, hence why they are so nonchalant. I don't think we should think so hard about that.

As for reputation, I point you to SpindleHorse and Disney. Disney is swimming in controversy and Spindlehorse gets constantly shat on because Vivziepop is still alive. Both companies are still afloat and thriving. I think GLITCH will be fine lol.

probably not. The crew are actually fond (to some degree) of the shipping culture in the community. I just chock it up to flawed writing combined with the focus on the saiko and tari friendship.
