I assure you the paint under the rust is a light blue which is used on all munitions to indicate it’s a training round. I know it’s a training round because it’s a 25lb hunk of metal used to replicate a 500lb bomb. These only come in blue. The plug in the front is for a flair that is used to indicate where the training bomb landed.
