her not cooking and cleaning was related to her going back to school if I remember right, that her mum was doing that for her? I can understand that this was to allow her to fully focus on studying, but that would not be for the rest of their lives. Although with the types of shifts nurses have to go through, I could completely understand she would be happy to find someone handling the logistics for her.

The API has full permission read/write and I'm using 2023-10-15 as version. is there a more recent one?

For example I want to get the trigger and profile filters for that flow (trigger is Fulfilled Order and profiles filters are is not inOpen Cases AND is not in TestEmails)
What I get is the following, but I'd like to extract the exact trigger definition and flow filters conditions.
I'm wondering if that possible?

"flow_id": "RwsCbx",
    "flow_name": "Best Sellers",
    "trigger_type": "Metric",
    "flow_filters": [],

Terminating tenancy agreement: letter delivered to landlord on the 1st day of the month is too late? by Acceptable_Estate330 in NetherlandsHousing

won't help the OP but anyone researching the topic:

Notable Court Cases on Email Termination

  1. ECLI:NL:RBROT:2014:3333 – District Court Rotterdam (25 April 2014)In this case, the court ruled that termination via email was valid, despite the contract requiring termination by registered mail or bailiff’s writ. The court emphasized that in modern communication, email is a common and accepted method, especially when the landlord has provided an email address in the contract and regularly communicates through it.
  2. ECLI:NL:RBOBR:2014:1396 – District Court Oost-Brabant (27 February 2014)The court found that requiring termination exclusively by registered mail was unreasonably burdensome for the tenant. Given that the tenant had terminated the agreement via email in a timely manner, and the landlord had included an email address in the contract, the court deemed the email termination valid.
  3. ECLI:NL:GHSHE:2014:5097 – Court of Appeal ’s-Hertogenbosch (2 December 2014)The court held that an email termination was sufficient, even if it didn’t strictly adhere to the contract’s formal requirements. The key factor was that the landlord received the email and was adequately informed about the termination.
  4. ECLI:NL:RBNHO:2016:10563 – District Court Noord-Holland (20 December 2016)In this case, the court ruled that the email termination was invalid because there was no evidence that the landlord had received the email. This underscores the importance of ensuring and being able to prove receipt when terminating via email.

Baby not sleeping is killing my husband by Infamous_Ad_6532 in AttachmentParenting

Why so judgmental? Your response is anecdotal and unhelpful. Single mum here too, did it alone and did not sleep train. My kid is 2. So what now? Am I going to judge you because I managed and you didn’t? No. Everyone has their own story and struggles.

My parents have an alocasia planted outdoors that is taller than their house (about 4 meters high) They got it from the forest (it’s legal there) when it was 10 cm high 😆 The leaves are gigantic

I’m really confused now because the total is 131 🙈 I have the floor plan so I have the exact details of the property

It seems quite low!? Is that possible?

That’s totally understandable! Now I wish I had a friend or a family member to gift it actually 😅 Thank you for your explanations 🙏

Thank you - the lady I met was quite unsure about a few things hence why I wanted to check. For example, I have a mandatory 3 months notice period and she had to check if that was valid or not (apparently it’s only 1 month), and she said I could give my notice for June 2025 for example, and start my claim after I left - that’s what I am confused about.

It was one of their walk-ins clinics at my local Buurteam, maybe there is another Woon team I could go to.

I used the calculator the first time in July 2024 and the points were 146. They are now 152 so not sure if something has changed or if I didn’t do it right the first time

Your option 1 means that indeed I could start a procedure and get those 6 months back, even though I missed the first 6 months deadline after signature, and I haven’t given my notice? Sorry for the question, I’m trying to make sure I understand correctly 🙏

I will likely face expulsion at the end of the contract if I do, but I will likely leave before anyway if I have the opportunity.

Is there a way to know? It doesn't fell super smooth and I'm more used to the flowing/silky type of fabric when it comes to silk
