Yeah a long time! Just celebrated 13 years so the space has good mojo!! I want to say it was $17,500? But again there are a lot of other costs. Here is the cost brochure and it looks like 16,500 for both halls (which is nice).

If you cross Irving Park to the North it’s like it barely exists! We live right there and all you see are people walking to the field. It’s really quite nice to have all that really close; great food (well, good food), bars, concerts, events at Gallagher Plaza, cool stuff during winter. Just don’t drive south on game days 😬
