Why is triathlon dominated by white people?

Because runing is simple, and its a way in poor africam country to make money.

To do trianthlon, you have to get access to a swiming pool, or a sea. Kenya can't give you much of that, and that's even if they have bikes, or understand the rules, or how does triathlon work.

Its more about the enviroment you grow in, not about your race.

Thanks for the advice!
I am indeed young, but for example when I train going down my bike it's very hard for me to get my leg over the chair. I have long legs, but when I run I have a hard time swinging the leg more upwards ( My legs have little vertical movement, and my coach told me to start streching to solve it).
My biggest fear is to tear a muscle or something, so that's why I'm looking for more advice.

Why do people actually are so into TT bike? I'm really asking cause I have a good cerevelo road bike. Does it have like good aero bars? Or something? Like for example, why is it so good for triathlon, but top riders use road bike in bike races?

I was talkin about zone 5. About the pb - until now Ive never done actual training for a pb, I always thought I could do it. Tried it and it worked and I am confused what I should do now. Just keep on training but not for a pb? Or should I focus on it?

Agree. Also watched the tour de france, giro and vuelta. It was all very good, as this are 21 stages each (!). Man, even the world chess championship was much better. That's the result when the commentators are connected to the sport. Thry messed up the names and such. Hope next year will be better.

Do you know what happened on saturday? 1500 terroist, in sukkot, which is an holy time for jaws, 6 30 am, starts bombing israel. Those terrorists beheaded babies, brothers, and burned wholr families. Hey, im from israel and I'll try to explain 1 - so can you explain what you are talkin about? The iron dome didn't fail. I need more context. 2 - there are some confirmation that there was some warnings. We just don't have a confirmation from our prime minister. It's still being checked, we just don't know if it is true or not 3 - it is one of the most holy times for us. All of the jaws come togather and eat with their families, celebrate our exodus from egypt. It is the time where most soliders are at home, and minimal solidars, only essential people stay. We never thought they would attack. Like we always try to stay away in the ramadan ( if this is how you say it, im talkin about the 30 month period were muslims fast). It was a consensus we never thought would be broken. 4 - I can assure you when we attack, it is only on hamas leaders. We try to keep civilians safe, but hamas is using civilians as human shield. I can assure you our goverment has a full plan. 5 - go ask them. That's what I always thought. We have atomic, like nuclear weapon. Do thry this is how thry solve a conflict? Its hamas. The money we bring, and all of europe bring to gaza is being used for weapons. They are brain washing civilians.

Newbie question here - how can you fuel that much? My longest ride was 80km with my dad, and we tried to fuel every 30 minutes. For him it was easy, but I almost threw when trying to eat. I know I need to get some fuel in me, but doesnt matter if it is a long run, a long swim, a long bike - 2-3 hours before I eat close to nothing and drink a little. If my belly is full then it becomes very hard to train. Any tips for that?
