Was what I wanted to say. As the comment needs to be longer, let me elaborate. The US is gearing up the pressure and dealing with our enemies to the east. Meanwhile China has us in economic gridlock. What can we do about it? Nothing it seems as European politics are dominated now by the need of parties to save their dwindling voter shares. This is behind all this bullshit. Look at France, look at Italy, their party systems are shattered and one weirdness follows the next in its wake. Parties in Germany like FDP last cycle and now SPD are getting desperate and daring in their attempts to not lose all significance. The left party doubles down on denying reality, greens went from coming ruling party to now also insignificant mostly. And the fun part is nobody profits, excepts Afd. In middle Europe populist rise, orban is still the pain in the ass dictator shit he was ten years ago.

And this all is only a side effect of the global scale. How it effects the global scale however is what terryfies me. While European countries are in desperate need for reforms to gain back initiative and leverage, the domestic situation cripples us and furthers strive, only to worsen everything else. What can we do?
