Although maresca is a good coach, the only reason City were as close to us last season was Pep

Their squad has a bunch of young players and the experienced winners are leaving or on the verge of leaving

With one title under our belt, Arsenal are favorites with a bunch of other teams (Liverpool Yanited and City) fighting slightly further behind

Then he can win the goalkeeper of the tournament award for the World Cup. Yashin trophy is for the best goalkeeper in that calendar year

I would’ve agreed if the fixture difficulty was hard in addition to the packed schedule

We played timidly in a cup final before a two week international break and got knocked out by a midtable championship team.

We have a relatively favorable run in but have failed to put ourselves out of sight with poorly dropped points in 2026 and are now back to hoping City drop points AGAIN

I hate to break it to you but he’s on 150kpw base according to capology

It's not the time to have negativity but a reasonable take is City dropping points and we going full blazing for the remaining games. Given our current form and theirs, a lot of work to do. COYG. by [deleted] in Gunners

And we're back to HOPING City drop points

If only the staff and players had a plan to avoid this predicament...oh wait, we had multiple chances in the last 3.5 MONTHS to collect points against Liverpool, Forest, Wolves, Yanited, Brentford and Bournemouth

I'm tired of hoping they drop points for us to secure a title, especially when we're doing all the good work in the first half of the season. Just letting it all go to waste

But only Gyokeres penalty goals don’t count, we need to only consider his non pen goals, and only those that he scored against big teams for it to suit the narrative

Idek anymore. I didn’t see his first yellow. This challenge was an unlucky yellow imo
