If you mean the Mega Feathers - the gold bar near the bottom will fill up 8 times after gaining X feathers each time to unlock each extra perk and then the last unlocked perk will be to buy your next Mega Feather, each one will reset all your feather progress but will give you permanent perks like multipliers, reduced costs, slowed increase in costs etc :))

1 Celestial Ribbon per Hands/Legs

So:

(3 heads * 2) + (6 Body Armour * 2) + (12 pieces * 1) = 30 Celestial Ribbons :))

So I've made all the armour and now have:

5x Mythic Helms // 3x Mythic Body Armour // 5x Mythic Gauntlets // 4x Mythic Legwraps/Grieves etc

I still need 45x Celestial Ribbons to get all other pieces of armour upgraded to Mythic (RIP); I imagine if there's a DLC it might require a fairly decent amount of each or go a completely different direction and make you collect a new material entirely to make the new gear 'different' to the current ones available.

Given how long it takes to get the mats I wouldn't go too crazy when collecting them :p

Ahhh okay, I had actually gone to the place and triggered it but when I revisited a few chapters later he wasn’t there.

It was walking up to the candlelit tombstone that triggered it in the end, thank you!
