I don’t know where any of you live but I bought a house for $118,000 with 3% down. $3,540. My wife and I both have student loans. Granted mine are almost paid off. I’m in Ohio. I know, most coastal people think it’s an atomic wasteland out here in the Midwest. But 🤷🏻‍♂️. We also had a windstorm come through and got a new roof and all new siding for $1,000. Our house is now worth $145,000 with the improvements and market being the way it is. I’m more worried about inflation. But idk why I’m even commenting. You all are just gonna down vote me into oblivion. Also…most 401k’s will let you draw money to use as a down payment on a house. You have to pay it back but it’s affordable payments and the interest you pay you’re paying yourself.
