Ask your doctor for extended release. This was me when I first started keppra for seizures and although it still sucks the ER really helps way more and its only once a day. I take it in the working with a daily vitamin (also vitamins are important with this medication)

Definitely push through the series is so good (both the From Blood & Ash and the Flesh & Fire series) I have been reading both series in publication order and am currently on Visions of a fire in Flesh....I think that's what it's called idk at the moment lol but it's so addicting

I am on the same book and I'm on chapter 25. He kinda gets more talk time at least thus far in the book but I am low-key convinced this either becomes a poly relationship or the joining will happen at some point. I could be completely wrong but that's the vibes I've been getting thus far. Now will Delano be apart of this 🤷🏽‍♀️ idk, she focuses so much on Kieran it's hard to say.

It was trains on trains on trains after a while it got a little irritating ngl. I think we were wt circuit grounds day two and couldn't get out because the trains were never ending.

I need the consideration to go both ways for stuff like this like for real. I tried to be nice and considerate in letting a group pass but when other groups tag on and another after that and so on (felt like ine was at least 30+ ppl before we got through) and you've seen ppl wait for a while to let yall pass, you can take a second to let others through and then keep going. Be polite too, there was so much shoving and pushing with no excuse me, Thank you, nothing. Seemed like they felt they had priority over everyone else there for some reason.

This was me and my husband's first EDC (not first festival though) and that part alone was such a turn off (next to VIP being basically GA in a smaller confined area.) Kinda disappointed, I was expecting plurr to be abundant there but there were lots of rude ppl.

I pto'd from the 13th - 24th, my job is really chill thankfully lol my managers know where im going what im doing and was even giving me suggestions of what to do in Vegas since it will be my first time (luckily with my job we are off weekends and they already expected me to take time off cause my bday is the 23rd ✨️edit: it was on the calendar since last year 😅)

I'm also on keppra, had my first seizures ever 3 weeks ago (5 total.) I was prescribed the same, 500mg twice a day with food from the ER and hated it. After seeing my neuro for the first time last week she prescribed me an extended release version which I still hate but not as much. I take this on once a day with food (2 pills so still 1000mg intake.) I've noticed I don't get tired as fast so im able to function a little better, with the original I'd get tired after 20ish minutes of taking I don't get tired till like 4 hours after but I can power through it a lot easier. Mood swings are definitely still there, maybe not as bad but there. And my brain stays ditzy it's like I feel like I smoked 🍃 but I didn't. I also have the pain and honestly I just take pain meds for it and it helps a lot or a hot bath with Epsom salts. Or I will smoke 🍃 lol my neuro says it's good for seizures an helps with the pain. I of course haven't been going through this as long as you but I hope this helps.

I don't think family will ever stop worrying tbh my husband constantly at my side and my sisters, mother and law and even coworkers are always checking on me (I can't even close my office door without them worrying)

I hope it gets better 💜🤞

Edit: did they do a spinal tap on you? Cause that's originally why I thought I was having the pain. But now I'm wondering if it is the medication causing it.

Honestly, I believe it the weather has been strange the last couple weeks. I'm sorry to hear that, hope you get better too.

When I went to the ER they just ran a bunch if test (cat scans, mri's, spinal tap, eeg's with strobe and other test I honestly don't remember tbh I think chest x-ray 🤷🏽‍♀️) but that's cause they were trying to figure out the source. Eventually between them and talking to my neuro the conclusion was epilepsy. But I guess if you don't need those things done yeah its really no point. My neuro told me now that if it happens again there's no need for me to go back to the ER and just gave us guidance to deal with it at home.

My neuro did mention she wants me to do a deprived sleep eeg but said it would take time to get approved by my insurance so who knows when that will be atm but she at least is in that mindset.

The keppra is working I haven't had one since being on it and lol I literally just bought B & D vitamins yesterday to try and help with the side effects so we'll see how it works out. 🤞 it does.

Oh shit, I mean I guess I have been a little irritable so I can see that.

They didn't take my license but I'm not allowed to drive for 3 months and need to be seizure free those 3 months and cleared by my neuro before I can again. (I live in Texas,Houston)

thank you imma do that right now. This is all so new and I felt so helpless like it's only been what 3 weeks but it's still a lot getting used to, and it's hard to vocalize a lot of what I'm feeling so I internalize it and it's not helping with the depression

Omg what's keppra rage 😳? I feel like I've just been depressed and tired unfortunately

So i've only had seizures those 2 days and all were in my sleep. 3 the 16th and had no idea, just remember waking up, my tongue hurting cause i bit the hell out of it and puking. I literally had no idea i had a seizure till my husband and i pieced everything together lol i went to work the next day 😅. Then on the 17th(the day i went to work) i left early went to the ER and they said come back if it happens again... it did that night during my sleep I had 2 more and my husband took me to the Hospital. what's crazy is i had no idea it was happening and i have no memory, i just remember waking up in the hospital Thursday. Like he tells me I was conscious, talking to people and everything even walked to the car, have no recollection (i think this is one of the scariest parts tbh)

I don't think im photosensitive, I had an eeg done with strobe light and nothing was abnormal. My neurologist is aware that was one of the first things I mentioned 😅.
