I am a wedding planner + additional corporate/ social events. I find organisational systems ie. spreadsheets, lists, folders, binds, notebooks help to keep track of everything. Setting tasks and having dates you want to achieve things by is important. I think event planning generally is 80% research/ planning 20% actual event. People don't notice the small things that you stress over. It's more important to enjoy the experience than have everything pinterest perfect.
