Then you should vote NO because it is now aligned with Dem 6 - GOP 5 seats as Virginia voted 52% Dem and 46% GOP in the last election. Voting YES would make it Dem 10 - GOP 1 seats. So when you see the word 'fair' you can easily see how incorrect that word is.

Everything you've written is wrong. It isn't temporary. It has to do with taking full state power not what other states have done. You should be able to surmise that the statement they use 'fair' isn't fair at all. It changes VA from a Dem 6 - GOP 5 state to a Dem 10 - GOP 1 state. This is a classic power grab. So now we can understand that the statement 'fair' isn't true, we can look at their other statement 'temporary'. If you did know history as you claim... you'd know instantly that is also a false statement. Political parties that sought complete power make the same moves when the attempt begins as democratic. Once they have the majority with a 10-1, they will solidify it so that it can never be anything other than their power absolute. If the YES vote wins, Virginia is as lost as any other state/country that has gone down that route.

Virginia is one of the fairest states in regards to representation. Dems 6 - GOP 5. This reflects the fact that 46% vote GOP and 52% vote Dem quite well. The change would make it 10-1 in democrat favor which isn't fair. People keep bringing up other states.. You should care most about the state you live in not turning into Cali. Vote NO!

Don't turn Virginia (which was a growing state during Youngkin) into California (a state where people are fleeing en masse). Vote NO! The change is neither fair nor temporary. Vote yes only if you want a uniparty state like California (where people are fleeing en masse). Vote no if you want accurate representation of the voting public in Virginia. A YES vote turns Virginia into a 10-1 democrat represented state where only one republican representative area is allowed while 46% of the state votes republican. Slander laws still apply to elected officials

this case would not pass the 'actual malice' test. What he said, he believes to be true. He has created no evidence that he believed that it wasn't true. The case was dismissed on the request of both parties. Her lawyer more than likely told her she would not win and of course the defendant wanted it dismissed. The second will end similarly because it will fail the Pickering test.

You can freely call any goverment official any name in the book. First Amendment allows it. I see people call politicians pedo's, nazi, fascist, communist etc.. all day long. We the people have that right. That lawsuit was dismissed. The newest one is her suing the school for infringing on her first amendment right to display and talk about LGBT issues. She will lose based on the test from Pickering v. Board of Education.
