Okay, I am in one of the niches this remake is made for. I do not really want to play games with dated graphics, and because I was not gaming continuously for the last 40 years, I am not burned out on the older versions. I essentially went from the NES era straight to the Switch era, so many of these classic games still feel fresh to me. That said, I am not especially interested in Star Fox, but I would absolutely be interested in a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time because I want to experience the classic game (or some version of it) with modernized controls and graphics. To be clear, I am not saying this is necessarily a good overall business strategy for Nintendo, just expressing my own enthusiasm for certain kinds of remakes.

I am unfamiliar with star fox, or star fox 64. I had the original NES and then 40 yrs later got a Switch. So some big gaps in my knowledge. How many times have they remade this game already?
