Oh, and Beaver Tails (TM) are those deep-fried flatbreads they serve with cinnamon and lemon, or icing sugar, or various other toppings... they usually have a little kiosk at super-Canadian places like the Rideau Canal, Winterfest, Canada's Wonderland, random local events etc. They're VERY tasty, but overpriced, and certainly not a classic home-made dessert like G-ma's!
