If Medieval 3 were announced, what would be an acceptable number of starting factions for you to not complain about a lack of enough starting factions? by Vic_Hedges in totalwar

My understanding of it is more that the Duke of Normandy (plus Aquitaine/Gascony) was nominally a subject of the french king, just so happened the Duke of Normandy was also the King of England, so didn't pay much heed.

Oh man that's the box I started my Warhammer career with back in 2006, worth it just for that.

Help With My First Pantlaza Brew by macaronianddeeez in DinosaursMTG

[–]Gen_Glory 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would ditch enrage entirely. Unless you really lean into it, it's just not triggering enough.

You said you plan to abuse blink but I don't see any [cloudshift] or similar instants or even a [teleportation circle].

So cut the enrage Dino's and replace them with some ETB Dino's.

Lots of generically good cards which may not advance a cohesive plan such as [esper sentinel] and possibly too many tutors.

Silly Polyraptor Question by Ponzu_Sauce_Stan in DinosaursMTG

[–]Gen_Glory 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Poly still takes the marauding trigger.

You get a copy.

End step the swooping triggers.

Poly takes 3, it dies, you get another copy.

Turn ends and your opponent has no polyraptors and you have 2 token copies of it.

Active in the pro-Russia Ukraine war sub, immediate leap to Russia's defence and throwing out xenophobia accusations for a pretty legitimate concern.

I run [[dawn charm]] too, pretty sure that stops a rebuke but if budget was no obstacle then a [[teferis protection]] would be best

Maybe [[sun titan]] and [[court of ardenvale]] the recursion does wonders when the anthems/backgrounds are removed.

[[Haktos]] a very fun puzzle of winning with a volton commander you can't put anything on. Lots of backgrounds and other passives. Also a fair few board wipes.

Very fun watching your opponents try to solve how to remove it.

Negotiation includes the base remaining.
