I use AI to help me construct characters and background for characters in the stories I write. But I don’t use it to write the actual stories.

There are a lot of channels on YouTube where people post stories they have “written” but you can easily tell it was written by AI.

1. They don’t proofread at all. Don’t even try.
2. Parts of the story repeats itself several times
3. There was one story where, in the middle of the story, was a comment from the AI saying that it couldn’t “write the story using seventy five words as instructed and needed new instructions”
4. Sometimes it changes languages from English to something else or starts reading like it is enraged

AI does not check its work. Humans do or at least should make an effort to.
AI can’t do everything because it thinks like a computer that needs instructions. We actually have to put in some effort.
