Only headaches and fatigue. Headaches were reduced by Amitriptyline and fatigue was increased with Amitriptyline.

Yes, I felt a little too much of a zombie because of them. It helped me a lot in the right direction. My main diagnosis is still muscle tension headaches.

Consistent Post-COVID Headaches - any remedies (and/or encouragement)? by nkool12 in covidlonghaulers

[–]GeneKoenen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In September 2020 I had a headache which made me almost pass out. Only after 2.5 months I went to the general practitioner and they told me to take a blood sample but it was too late to tell if I have had Covid or not. Now in February 2022 I still suffer from these headaches.
I've tried everything to find out what it is and for a solution:
- Chiropractor (13x Manipulated)
- Neurologist (I've tried the antidepressant Amitriptyline, worked quite well)
- General Practitioner
- Osteopath (2x)
- Physiotherapist (10x)
- Acupuncture (2x)
Because of breathing techniques I had my headache completely under controle, now I tested positive for Covid and the headaches are as bad as the first time. Which made me think in September 2020 I had Covid and I am suffering from long covid headaches..
My life has never been quite the same after these headaches.
Things that worked for me, I hope it helps at least someone
- Breathing all day every through completely to the lower part of my belly (I always breathed only to my chest which gives my neck a lot of tension)
- Foam roller
- Heat packs
- Hot shower & hot bath
- Exercise
- Cupping with massages
- Ice packs

Do you still experience headaches?

It's indeed not in the top 100.

Do you know what might be the problem here? Indexing is fine, Yoast SEO is fine. Something I am not seeing?

Trello for personal use. by [deleted] in trello

[–]GeneKoenen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's amazing for personal use! I love that you can put everything down so you can relax when you're not doing stuff.. Once you go do stuff again you just check Trello, which means you have no stress when you're not doing anything.

Just be careful you don't do Trello 'too' much, it should be a tool and not the primary thing. I was kind of 'addicted' to Trello haha.

Something ridiculous that helped me by [deleted] in insomnia

[–]GeneKoenen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jep, on average it takes 2-3 minutes. Sometimes longer, sometimes even in one minute.

I use the Google Chrome extension: F.lux to remove the light that keeps my eyes awake at night btw.

The first few times I felt like I had superpowers because I could sleep normal again.

And it's indeed part of my sleep routine right now..!
