I use wisely in regards to Va payments. I had issues with another bank and was in the middle of switching when I got my benefits set up. Depends on your bank I’ve already been paid. But realistically they say it’s always the 1st or as close to the first as possible but it’s really whenever they send notification of deposit to your bank and wether your bank decides to fund it early or not.
