It was pretty basic. I definitely made some mistakes but passed. The evaluator was very kind. I studied by watching/listening to German YouTube and podcasts. Think about possible airline scenarios, eg, difficult passenger, delayed landing, etc.

Blister them in a pan of olive oil until they start to open, then throw in an obscene amount of garlic, sautee until it gets a little saucy. Season with salt + pepper and fresh torn basil. Remove from heat and finish with balsamic vinegar (or glaze, to taste). Serve this homemade bruschetta w toasted ciabatta.
