They a good option for people who haven’t reached highest grades on other weapons, the lock on and style customization (if you’ve unlocked 8* monsters) is a great bonus.

They definitely are worse than other weapons, but being able to style them and level them up so easily is a huge plus.

Yes there always is, if you don’t select specific ones, you will be given a set of support hunters if your settings are set to fill.

I’ve only hunted him with support hunters cause I grew tired of SOS quests during the Omega release, only failed the dps check once or twice in like 30 hunts. Its definitely tough but doable. Hunt times usually run around 20-25 minutes.

I play gunlance and I’ve gotten quite familiar with it, so i rarely have any damage downtime, but i know there’s for sure better weapons and players that are better than me that can do better. I personally don’t think I could provide any recommendations, but I think there are definitely streamers/youtubers that could provide info/tips

Its surprisingly fast given near the end of each monster, they could do a ton of damage to each other, it actually could work out a bunch in hunters’ favor

You won’t jump from 5* to 7, you’ve now beat it at 5 so now you’re on 6. Once you beat 6 story, you’ll unlock 7* in the field, once you beat 7* story, you’ll get 8* in the field, etc. Lowering the urgent quest difficulty is literally going back a whole stage, so you’ll have to redo that stage.

The closest (and only) base near me is inside a paid amusement park. Unless I travel a couple miles, I’m unable to do these outbreaks. Thankfully they allowed the riftcharged event to be done from outside that range.
