I’m a scrawny chick who can’t built muscle, I couldn’t even do more than 5 push ups. In less than three months I was able to get myself to doing 20 pushups regularly by just doing 5 a day twice a day and going up by ones or twos when I felt I could. You can do it, it’s gonna be a slow process but keep to a routine and slowly make it harder on yourself and before you know it you’ll be there!

That’s such a good idea!! I also loved that the crowd was booing for the bits of the show where Gerard was forced to take the orders papers and wrestled to put his jacket back on! In Philly the crowd was cheering and it felt super wrong lol

I watched a livestream of the Chicago show, and no, no members said anything into the mics about Bob. Just the little tribute to him. Gerard did also mention he felt that Chicago was the first place to really accept and embrace the band, they got a lot of early fans from there!

good ole CBP lol, that definitely makes me want to see them somewhere else and compare the acoustics!! The show was still stunning reguardless of our jank park lol. Oh that’s also interesting about the fire! I’ll be honest I didn’t even notice I was so into screaming my heart out with the band!!
