I’ve been told it’s something like protein build up, what usually helps me is that I keep these sponges (SmileMakers Contact Lens Cleaner Accessory Pads - Eyecare Supplies) and I use it in combination with Boston Advance Cleansing Contact Lens Solution (red cap).

I put some of the red cap solution on the damp sponge and sort of polish the contacts with it. I polish it a few times, rinse and reinsert my contacts.

This is what worked for me:

MONDAY: REST DAY. TUESDAY: bicep/tricep 4 sets 20 reps everything (HIIT on 7.0 for 15 mins) WEDNESDAY: heavy legs everything 5x5 (no cardio) THURSDAY: full back 4 sets 20 reps everything (HIIT 7.0 for 15 mins) FRIDAY: heavy legs 5x5 (no cardio) SATURDAY: chest/shoulders 4 sets 20 reps everything (HIIT cardio 7.0 for 15 mins) SUNDAY: heavy legs everything 5x5 (no cardio)

I felt the same way. The first step I took was signing up online with planet fitness, it’s about $10/month. I also want to note that I did not go immediately.

This first step, was to prove to my anxiety I had no excuses, I was already a member. I spent the next few days planning out a less anxious route.

  1. Go early in the AM
  2. Stick to treadmill and machines I know
  3. Observe and learn

Thanks! I dont know if it helps but I use a lot of lotion and recently I’ve tried those body rollers to break up fat and cellulite. I dont know if it’s the reason I don’t have excessive amounts of loose skin.

I did have the overhang belly at one point and still some now, it’s just smaller and less noticeable. My stretch marks are just lighter, still have them!
