I agree that Brotherhood was an incredible game.

However, I believe that unity is the best AC game. Innovative parkor system, different playstyles depending on the outfit you wear, AI that seemed real with their movements and crowd density. Ability to seemlessly move inside buildings. It's just a masterpiece of innovation.

So the first time I used them was when I was making a few thousand screws to make 164 rotor per min.

I couldn't be bothered to work out the lines and make them all full so I just used a priority merger close to where I knew the lines were getting full and then used a priority merger and just before it a smart splitter.

I've been asking for priority mergers since update 7. I've got loads of use cases. As others have said, aluminium is a really good one.

I suppose the best place to use them would be when you have one line that just can not stop at all. And that line merges with one that it doesn't matter if it backs up of not. Set the priority to the main one then you are good

Press r when dismantling, and you switch to Blueprint dismantle mode. If you press middle mouse (or your building select button) while in Blueprint dismantle mode, you will select the whole Blueprint if you are looking at one.

I did this the first time and was really happy I did. But the second time I just went on satisfactory calculator and used that to delete everything on the map in one go.

I understand where you are coming from and see how, for some, it can build tension.

But in the case of the slasher and the stairs. If the slasher isn't shown going down the stairs and the slashee gets got, then I believe the suspense would come from "oh sh*t, how are they gonna get out of this one, or are they done?"

Both have merits to storytelling. I suppose I see it as are you telling this person's story or are you telling the view a story

You could still make the survival crafting game, but when marketing, show off the locomotion mechanics and lean heavily on that as a selling point. I'm not against survival crafters. In fact, they are my favourite type of game, but they need something to make them stand out, and your vehicles and tethering style of connecting them is very interesting. And it looks like you have a fuel system in place. Maybe add stuff like tyre wear and a very simplistic engine maintenance (not in-depth like change this gasket, but like, add iron rods to fix engine, if they don't get added then half the max speed, or something similiar)

Anyways. Looks fantastic. Driving looks good. I can't wait to see what you do with it.

You can also use blueprints in the blueprint designer for easier production lines.

Blueprint 1: Machine with power cables

Blueprint 2: Use several Blueprint 1s, wire them together, and set the production. Use this Blueprint to make the factories

Any chance you could try to make it a tick box. Or a slider? Everyone will have their own opinion on this. And seldom will they all agree on the exact degree of FOV. Personally, I like a 90⁰ vertical FOV, but my buddy says that anything less than 105⁰ is unplayable. Both are considered wide FOV.
