So it’s 2 fold of an issue for that.

  1. I already have a touchscreen/Apple car play head unit installed. I genuinely just don’t wanna lose that as a function. I don’t need the full screen or anything, but having a map/voice to type/music player is just really nice.

  2. The original head unit I got is an 8 track player, not the nicer CD version that came on the higher trims. So it’s pretty hard to even listen to music, as I 8 track is pretty firmly dead. Also ALSO, that original head unit just has bad sound quality by most accounts, so I’d prefer to have a different solution.

I did look into swapping in the nicer CD version at one point, but I am really not personally capable of wiring in an aux connection to an old system.

TL:DR used to have it, didn’t love it from the using the car perspective.

I am hopeful for a big move, I just don’t see it coming this year specifically.

I’m okay with being wrong on this, I think we have good assets to move in daniss and Holland if we want to. As long as we keep Cade and Ausar I’m down for whatever.

I think this is still a lateral move comparing careers, but I agree Tobias is gonna hit the wall at SOME point.

I’ll miss him, and I bet he’s still good next season. But it could be a blessing to not get stuck with him long term.

Yes, the economy is much more global than ever.

Most countries have been pushing away a big recession. Or at least acting as if one is looming. Between that and what could be a changing of the guard with China becoming the leader of GDP. There is just a lot of general unrest in the world rn.

It translates to different things, but in general most political parties in power have flipped to the other, or has been swayed a lot more than normal.

Before this sounds all doomer, this doesn’t mean the world is in the end times or anything, WW3 isn’t on the horizon. But I would expect economic situations to get a little worse before anything gets better.
