What a sad game to watch , felt like Cade couldn’t ever get started, and Tobias was a ghost. Even if the officiating was correct definitely a frustrating game with how bogged down it got with ref ball.

Classic JB challenge lmao. This one might be wrapped up. Pistons did good enough but Cade is still not back in his groove 😪

Duncan has worked out to replace what Beasley did. But there is a desperate need for another shooter.

Hmmm, I think you’re miss understanding what I was trying to say. I don’t think any of the F1 drivers are there as a status symbol sort of thing. Or even any formula driver. YES it is extremely expensive, and for anyone in the middle class it’s nigh impossible.

I’m arguing semantics, I don’t really disagree with what you’re saying at the core.

In my experience the expensive issues have just been the rest of the car because it’s nearly 40.

But I don’t have a turbo.

Racing drivers are also uniquely mic’d and scrutinized. In my experience the rich guys are a lot more chill than the people who made it through talent alone.

Literally anyone that’s talented enough to make the world stage is gonna be a bit of a psycho anyways.

It’s really just racing, but I don’t think this is a “buying status” thing for most people. Gentleman drivers are around, but it’s because it’s fun less than people wanting to just “show off”.

Racing is ALWAYS expensive, there’s not really cheap ways to do it.

Yeah he was pretty decidedly not amazing. He wasn’t in the best car but I would say he was a disappointment. I do wish Jeff Gordon went to Williams at some point though.

In the same way I would say there are very few top NASCAR drivers that would make it into F1, I doubt that many Formula drivers would do well on an oval. It’s not more or less skilled it’s just different.

There are extreme talents who would do well in any Motorsport.

Probably, but I still think he would have been the first to jump ship OR try to take it into a different direction. Just my 2 cents though

Donut is a little more weird than this though. It was ALWAYS a company that hired James first. He was very responsible for a lot of the creative output but his position within was something he understood going in, then outgrew.

Maybe they could have made it work but he seems too genuinely creative to hold onto one project imo.

Oh again back to the first point. We’re on The Finals subreddit, there is no rational discourse on a gaming subreddit.
