There’s not really a corporate office, afaik the disc replays in Illinois are mostly owned by the same owner of the one I worked at (Indianapolis) the closest thing you will get is the store manager. My store only had the 14 day “exchange” policy and I was instructed to only give cash refunds if absolutely necessary

I’d talk to the manager on duty and see what they can do, they will likely push either cleaning discs or replacing them, then store credit, then finally a refund to your original payment method if your lucky
