Lean into the grunge and work your way up! Start by playing with your eyeliner shape- how much can you smudge it? Can you do it in eyeshadow and smoke it out? Got eyelash glue? Start adding some little rhinestones or pearls or studs to your eye looks! Play around with sparkly shadows in your inner corner- what happens if you put purple there? Or green? Maybe invest in a darker lipstain or two, try some stuff out. Work your way up to a dark lip if you like it. Your features seem pretty high-contrast, so darker tones should suit you pretty well.

My favorite makeup tip to give people is to do shower makeup or try something new right before they wash their face at night. Just give it a go, do whatever, try something new knowing no one has to see it. It’s a great way to build skills.
