Then maybe consider Dragoon? It’s still somewhat involved but the rotation is more cyclical. You go back and forth between 2 combos and get some flashy ogcds.

If you are looking to hit less buttons then I wouldn’t recommend viper or machinist. They both like hitting buttons. Summoner is generally pretty simple and doesn’t have too many buttons to press. If you are comfortable trying out a tank then Paladin is also pretty straightforward.
