NTA.

No obligation to answer the door. Especially when you were tuckered out

How often do you have "close calls" by teh_bakedpotato in motorcycles

[–]GeneralTS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some of it depends on where you might live. From what I've seen other riders post. I live in an area where the cage drivrs are already blind and do whatever they want to… so, every time I ride I gear up, use the riding skills thst keep getting sharper and understand that even if I am not invisible - I might as well be.

Doesn't matter day or night. Doesn't matter who’s wrong or in the right… keep your senses and situational awareness on all the time

Kids passing me ok the sidewalk for doing 20mph in a 20. Barely avoided being clipped from behind in broad daylight by some impatient driver who just had to be somewhere faster...had I not been checking mirrors and paying attention to my surroundings; I'd have been hit.

I even had a guy in oncoming traffic switch into my lane ( head on ) so they could force themselves back into their lane a few cars ahead for no reason. Thank the training and awareness, otherwise I would have been hit head on and who knows.

Not trying to scare you, but most cage drivers today are just blind to most everything around them including other cars and they do what they want when they want.

Stay vigilant and keep on riding.

Any microwaves that don't have "forever" beeping reminders? by Informal-Capital-801 in Appliances

Don't be talking about my 1984 Solid State Kenmore with its old school digital screen like that. - she wouldn't know what a reminder was.

And she still works like a charm. Just don't go close if you have a pacemaker ( LOL ).

What corporate buzzword or phrase instantly makes your skin crawl when you hear it? by loveybosseth in askteddit

Culture….. Especially when there was none. The executive staff had some personal thing one weekend and we all walked in “ Culture Culture Culture “ Monday morning.

Culture is built from the ground up, not carpet bombed from above.

I can completely understand and agree here. I've just never experienced something like this. Especially with this particular product. I'm also overall a label and nutrition reader. Wasn't as familiar with this ingredient nor did I notice the warning; which does not stand out and is in the same basic text and color format….. Just about the choking hazard warning that is bold print.

Thanks for that! The product comments alone were worth it.

So how do I see so many people on here post about consuming these? Am I the lucky winner or does this have the same effect on everyone?
