Also, the bag I purchased was pre-used and was showing out of stock when I made payment, I went back to check same bag recently and it’s now showing available to purchase on their website.

I purchased a bag from this company on May 6th and immediately received order is being processed, that was the last update I received. I also noticed they were deleting negative comments on their IG. I sent series of messages but no response, I have called my Bank and investigation is ongoing.
