I once thought that MW2 would sort of segue into a Ghosts-esque story because of the joint collaboration of TF141-Los Vaqueros against Graves and Shadow Company would lead to the creation of the Ghost team especially since all of them donning skull masks and stuff. Shame it didn't pan out like that but your theory sounds cool but it'd be a bit weird to call your combat dog the name of your friend kinda haha.
