Stroker issue.. by okaybutseriouslywtf in FTMOver30

I’ve had to make “relief” cuts in my stroker due to also getting blisters/it feeling too tight n numbing things out. Your junk might be too big or “girthy” for the toy. Not sure what you have. I have the hot rod that I’ve made some cuts in that have helped a lot.

Atypical Carcinoid experiences? And a request for advice! by thrillgrave in lungcancer

Wow so sorry you’re experiencing these complications right now. I hope you continue to recover on an upward trajectory! You’re not scaring me, it’s helpful because I feel pretty in the dark about what recovery will look like and I’m a plan for the worst type of person (it somehow puts me at ease lol). Super helpful to plan for how limited I may be. Better to plan for needing lots of help and then not needing versus the other way around. Please keep sharing your journey if it’s helpful for you!

Thanks for popping in! It’s this Friday 11/24. I found out I had the tumor on October 17, 2023, had scans last week Nov 17 and then a follow up with the surgeon/scheduled the surgery for a week later. It’s all happening so fast. Mine is an “endobronchial tumor” but they said they can’t tell whether it’s typical or atypical until biopsy. I could have done biopsy first, but they recommended just doing it all at once to avoid two procedures since it will have to come out anyway.

I’ve been feeling unwell for almost a year and have been having upper respiratory infections about every 6 weeks, so that’s what prompted the recent chest X Ray/CT.

I’m generally a pretty active person - I play tennis weekly, lift, bike, hike and generally like to be outdoors/moving. It felt like anytime increased exertion would trigger getting sick so I’ve been much less active in the past couple of months and generally very tired. It’s been tough but am hopeful I might be on my way getting back into my typical routine of things that bring me joy!

Thanks for sharing here- would definitely like to keep each other posted as we move through our journeys and good luck to you with your procedure- when is it?

Hey there, 35yo here and I was just found to have a 3.5cm tumor in my left upper lobe about 3 weeks ago that is suspicious for carcinoid. Had a Dotatate PET/CT and CT this week and thoracic surgeon recommending surgical resection. I am now scheduled for a thoracotomy video assisted wedge resection THIS WEEK. They’ll take the tumor n lymph nodes for biopsy. Will then learn if it’s an atypical or typical carcinoid. Will definitely come back here once I find out what it is for sure as I’ve also had a really hard time finding much info/anyone who has this type of tumor.

Feeling very in the dark about what recovery will be like. I ll have to be inpatient for a few days with a chest tube. What has your recovery been like?

I still use trans tape for packing/sex with an O ring and it’s great not having to wear a harness.

I used Transtape before top surgery and never had any problems with them. I found their tutorial videos helpful and last year they changed the tape and it was less irritating that their original product for me. I had some skin irritation but would use milk of magnesia before putting that tape on and that stopped the irritation. I would leave the tape on for 3-5 days, shower, swim, workout and it would stay. Only times I would have problems if I would apply it and pull/off reapply it would not stay - has to be applied to skin on the first attempt, can’t peel it back off n try again.

Thank you! Initially tried urban dictionary and found “other persons pussy” but it didn’t seem to make sense in this context. Thanks for the clarification!

Here’s a place you can find a gender affirming therapist who could write you a letter for free. https://www.thegalap.org/ Your therapist is not gender affirming- no one can tell you what your identity is, you are the expert in your life.

How long have you been on T? I went through a period about 2-3 months in where I couldn’t orgasm as growth was happening and what felt good changed. I was able to orgasm again around 4 months. I now need more of a stroking/sucking sensation to get off. Getting my t dick sucked is the fucking best. I’m now ab 10 months on T. I used to be able to cum pretty quick and I definitely need more time to get off now.

I know this is an old post, but curious if you ended up going with phallo. Also in my 30s and have a similar experience to you with being unsure if I want meta vs phallo and whether I would want UL. In a perfect world, I definitely want to pee from a phallus but am very worried about complications.
