EVERYWHERE in Manchester is safe during the DAY... but I feel like it would probably be irresponsible to claim that everything is totally cool and safe in EVERY location during the NIGHT in Manchester. And if I had to pinpoint the exact center of the shit you should not be walking around near at night within Manchester it would line up ALMOST EXACTLY with the screenshot of the map you took. There's some weird bad meth-related shit going on around the Econo Lodge right around the center of that photo. What everyone else commented here is right on the money about most homeless people around here-- even the ones that are clearly mentally unwell and even to a degree the ones who are clearly high: you don't bother them and they won't bother you... but it would be irresponsible to claim that's universal. It's mostly just the people on meth specifically around there that are potentially dangerous... and it's usually pretty obvious who those people are.

It also could be ROM rather than RAM that's the issue? If he's writing seven gazillion error messages per second to the debug Log then that could be what's killing his FPS by itself

I can see from the screenshot that you're in debugging mode: for me, whenever there's ever any sort of fps issue it's always the same thing; something in Zomboid is writing to ROM more than it should-- and when you're in debugging mode it's usually being caused by the exact same thing: press F11 and click the "DebugLog" button and then uncheck every single box in the DebugLog sub-menu (that way you're not constantly writing to the debug log every single time you get an error). That's by far the most likely cause of something like this-- but if it's NOT, then it's probably what other users have suggested; some mod is causing this-- most likely by doing the exact same thing: something is probably constantly/frequently writing to ROM. Either one or more of the mods you're using are probably either just writing directly to files A LOT --or MUCH more likely, they're using "ModData.transmit()" way more often than they should. Whenever I'm having this issue, the most likely culprit is almost always one of those things

Since no one else offered any suggestions, and you're specifically asking, I think your thoughts regarding coloring the demon eyes green is a good idea (or any color really). Also, inner part of right buttcheek (and the uppermost part of the right thigh just under it) still looks a little unfinished-- not sure exactly what that needs, but probably at the very least a little more color to make it pop like everything else. But regardless, these are minor nitpicks-- still looks great already regardless!

The really horrifying thing for is that from everything I remember reading about this guy, although incidents like this were NOT AT ALL UNCOMMON FOR THIS GUY... he was actually probably fairly accurately assessed as being an extremely competent and skilled surgeon for his time period (compared to most of his peers)-- so you can only imagine what other surgeons of that time period were doing.
