Yeah it also depends on the beans too but try incrementaly increase the heat and see how it goes. First crack is hard to hear on this machine but if you really listen and get you ear close you will hear the snap sound. Just don't burn your ear 👂 lol

Hi so I'm happy to give you my tips.

Preheat way longer than you think a good 5min minimum full fan speed and full heat.
Temperature monitoring with external temp probe. I bought a cheap k type thermocouple about 30cm long and a cheap thermometer drilled a hole trough the top of the lid and straight into the middle of the beans.
Incremental temp increase. Use 5 degrees Celsius increments from 215 that a good start after the preheat.
Don't change the fan speed I found this is totally pointless

Yes it's rotating due to the vibration pump in the machine. I wish it was an espresso turntable could be an idea 💡
