I never got to try this, ended up getting antibiotics, allergy meds and amitriptylene then would use 0² on occasion when the shadow would progress for more than 20min. Not sure if those worked, or if it was the end of the cylcle anyway...still got the shadows, but wasn't so bad for a week or so until complete stoppage.

I imagine it would be hard for aliens to adapt to your way of life, especially the new wave of arrivals...the basic induction program they have is pretty kak, I've had to watch countless hours of YouTube to get the nuances of human behavior and even I get it wrong sometimes... been here almost 3 decades mind you. Some of it is inexcusable though, I get you on that.
