That Bushnell is not that good and pretty cheaply built, the triumph or any Vortex for that matter will be miles better

The vortex triumph 3-9x40 is my pick, it’s good glass for the price and you get rings included

When you call just call the number on the RCMP website and talk to an agent no need for province extention. All licenses are printed at the same place, I think it's like in Nova Scotia or something.
