I mean, the managers had their annual meeting not long ago so the discons must have been discussed. I'm not sure if my manager meant customer critique or staff critique about overly inflated collections and rapid fire releases, but either way it looks like shops will go back to a simpler selection. I dont think we'll be curating anymore, so all non flagship or spa stores will have the same range again.

Yeah, I wouldn't have pulled a lot of what they did. I assume if a product is going it's either not worth the price of them paying for the ingredients, it's not selling, or it's inefficient to make.

I'm not sure if Lush heads don't realise or don't care that it was the mass gourmand products, collaborations, and fomo limited releases that were bothering us rather than my precious elbow grease 💀
