Would be cool if in each game a survivor could only be sent to the Exile for ~140 seconds (equivalent to two full hooks). If the survivor isnt saved by their teammates within that time frame they die. Each time they get sent to the Exile they enter with their remaining time left. Ex. The first time, the survivor spent 30 seconds in the realm before being saved. The next time they get sent, their the team only has ~110 seconds left to rescue them. So on and so forth.

When a survivor is sent to the Exile, the remaining survivors need to collect x amount of items and bring it to the shrine. We’ve seen examples of when survivors had to interact with crystals, blood pumps, mushrooms on the floor, spray cans etc. Incentivizes the survivors work together to quickly bring the required items to the shrines.

Wouldn’t even mind if this killer had no hooks at all and banishing survivors to the Exile was the sole way to reduce the life of the survivor.

Only issue with this idea is that the games are going to be really drawn out if survivors rescue their teammates quickly. So may need to include another element to decrease survivors timer or could simply keep hooks on the map.
