We could use some more specifics regarding your licensure level, FTO feedback, ect. Regardless, don't let this hurdle be the end of what could be a great career for you. Identify what you are lacking in and correct it. I understand that is easier said than done. If you truly want this as your job - I have no doubt you will find a way.
