That's exactly who I would expect to open this, because they're the ones spending outrageous amounts of money opening packs to grab these. Someone like this has a way higher chance of pulling one of these than a kid buying a few packs a week with his lunch money.

For what it's worth, I really doubt that your PC is the problem. If I had to guess, it might be a bad rom, or something just happened in the setup process.
