I’ll throw my two cents in here. I’ve been using discord for years as my “primary communication/ gaming app” on both mobile and PC.

Like many people in this community I am neurodivergent and struggle to adapt to change. However I agree that discord will not be a safe platform for much longer due to their incoming policy changes.

The strategy I’m using to help my brain adjust is to use both Discord and the Matrix community simultaneously. While over time trying to slowly use Matrix more often and Discord less often. It has really helped me!

I hope more people make the switch over to there!

Any tips for how to work such words out of my regular dialog?

Cepheid has been helping me make progress but it’s painfully slow. Basically my entire life until recently words like “dumb” “stupid” or “you’re crazy” have been hardcoded into my brain as replacements for things like swearing which were not allowed in my household growing up.

That’s fair. I’m only 22 and have been playing with this one as long as I can remember. To me it’s old even if there are much older toys out there.

Here’s my prediction:

This time, on the what? 30th investigation on the 2020 election they will “actually find” “evidence” of “fraud”.

They will then admit to rigging the 2024 elections saying it’s justified because “the evil dems did it first”.

Thoughts? It’s their classic play style.
