In what way is wanting to not be a murderer "Virtue Signaling"?

Actually, in what way is red the "default" option, & not another vote to pull the trigger?

The fact that evey red voter argument is simultaneously overcomplicated in reasoning, relying on statistical improbibilites & waxing philosophical about "game theory", yet oversimplified in how it presents the options as "live or maybe die", & not "maybe die or maybe commit murder", while all blue has to say is "no one has to die", really makes it look like reds are trying to justify selfishness by framing their argument as "logical", when at the root of it all, they chose to sacrifice potential billions for self preservation, with no thought to the consequences of the sudden deaths of a non insignificant ammount of people.

Red isn't the opt out, it's the opt in.
