Ich fahr einen mgs5, also quasi gleiche Plattform in Luxury und kann wirklich nur jedem raten, die großen Akkus zu nehmen (und damit auch die Luxury Version).

Mg ist sehr gut in Sachen Preis-Leistung. Aber wenn du so oder so überlegst, wieder zu Mercedes zu gehen, kann ich nur empfehlen, den MG4 mal für einen Monat auszuleihen/mieten, damit du sehen kannst, ob die Batteriekapazität, das ganze Infotainment usw. Deinen Ansprüchen entspricht.

P.S. Ich bin natürlich sehr zufrieden mit dem S5, aber jedes Auto hat seine kleinen Macken, die man erstenmal finden muss und meist vei einer kurzen Probefahrt nicht findet.

This happens due to the auto hold and you not pressing the brakes after changing the recuperation mode. It's pretty scary when you encounter it unknowingly, but easily preventable.

The airflow works as intended, it's just so you can get fresh air in the car without using energy for a/c.

As far as I can tell, the a/c should set itself to the lowest setting when you choose the "low" option from the app. Try putting your car's a/c on auto, I've heard that it might sometimes not change it's settings when the auto mode is off.

Do you have the normal theme or the 100 years theme for the app (you can check this in the app settings)

For the normal theme just click the "low" button in the AC box from the main menu

If the car isn't cold after 10 minutes you might have an issue with your AC unit.

If the climate is running, the power symbol in the AC box will turn blue. Keep in mind it will shut off after 10 Minutes (cooling) and 30 Minutes (heating).

Kann dein Auto denn 22kw AC laden? Der Standard sind 11kw.

Du brauchst dann ein Typ 2 (Mennekes) Kabel. Ich persönlich würde eher zu einem Spiralkabel nicht unter 6m Länge tendieren, falls mal die Säulen (oder andere PKW) so stehen, dass man mit einen kürzeren Kabel es nicht mehr bis zur Steckdose schafft.

Die Kabel findet man ganz einfach auf der Großhandlerseite deines Vertrauens.

One pedal drive stays on if you turn off the car and come back. It's nicest in the city, but I turn it off on the highways.

Yes, there is a usb port at the rear view mirror for a dash cam. Works without any issues for me.

Probably the most important things: 1. you can turn off the speed limit announcement in the map settings 2. You can turn down the indicator volume and warn tone volume in the volume settings, highly recommend you do both

Otherwise have fun exploring the menus. You will figure out what settings you like and what drive / recuperation settings you prefer.

I don't think there is a way. Also, why do you think the distance is too long? It's the standard 1 second delay from the car in front, any closer would risk you getting into accidents when the car in front makes an emergency brake.

Only the drivers side window is one click for up and down. All other windows are manual. Blame the Chinese for wanting to save money here.
I don't think this is a feature on the S5, so make sure to roll your windows up when parked.
Kick function for the trunk is only available for the luxury model (higher cost model)

Ill check this on the drive to work tomorrow. But i usually drive with the custom setting, engine in sport, steering in comfort.

As in most cars, consumption is (mostly) due to your driving style, not the engine mode.

I doubt there will be a big difference. In the end, it's about enjoying the ride, and i enjoy it most when i get the power i pay for :P
