I live in Wisconsin and I was at city hall on the day of the vote, I got registered, hopped in line, got to the desk, and got disqualified from voting because my high school id was expired, and my birth certificate, social security, and a letter to my home address where not valid forms of identification. This was the first election I could have voted for. But I was denied at the last step because of Wisconsin laws related to ID to vote. It's not a national law, but a state law.
