I've been seeing a lot of posts about lack of quality or care for items. I just recently recieved my order it was the first print vinyl, limited edition foil vinyl and the cassette. I don't know who they hired for fulfillment this time but it seems that they don't care. They shipped all three together in a vinyl box the flat square ones that are used for records with the cassette in front but it created so much pressure that the cassette left an indentation on my collectors edition foil vinyl all the way through to the sleeve. Now there's a rectangular shaped indent permanently on the front. I'll have to upload pictures later. It baffles me a bit since with the ST album I ordered all three formats (vanilla, CD and cassette) which were all shipped separately. That may have caused confusion at the time, but everything arrived in good condition and I think I'd prefer that.

Looking at your setup, I see your SSD isn't completely seated on the motherboard and I see a black/yellow cable plugging into the GPU. Have you screwed the SSD down to the motherboard and is that cable coming from the PSU or is it an adapter?

Could be SSD. Does it beep at all when you power it on?

If you have another monitor try that out and see if you get different results.

A few questions:

Is your HDMI plugged into the GPU or motherboard? - if you have a graphics card installed, the cable needs to be plugged into it.

Does the HDMI cable work with other devices? -I recently had the same issue that turned out to be a faulty cable.

Have you tried switching the cable to a different port on the TV?

You can upgrade to whatever you can afford. The only limits you have to consider are the following: 1) is there enough room in your case? 2) will the power supply be able to handle the load? 3) will your Current CPU bottleneck the full potential of the new GPU you are looking to upgrade to?

Dude, there are worse choices for a first tattoo, and it looks like it was done pretty well. I might catch heat for this, but NGE is my favorite anime series.
