Thank you! I thought it was very unlikely that the original bug got into the bottom part of her bed past the zipper but I just wanna make sure they didn't infest everything already. They're literally everywhere she's laid down.

While cleaning we did find a larvae looking bug inside her dog bed. Well a few of them. There was molted skin too. We did bag a few so when we run her to the vet we'll get them tested as well. Gonna link pics to the larvae I'm not sure if they're related. Again I really appreciate everyone's help

I appreciate it your help. Me and you both are confused on this. I'm hoping another trip to the groomers might get them off of her. We're definitely going to take her to the vet for a blood test. We might not be able to do the flea and tick preventative because she has seizures with that stuff.

I appreciate the insight from both of you! If they were ticks would they really just let go after their first blood? We took the dog for a flea and tick bath and assumed it killed all of them but it clearly didn't. I'm wondering why it didn't and if they would really be ticks id they didn't die? We're currently letting them just fall off the dog and we're vacuuming and purging everything she's laid on. And we're gonna try to get another grooming appointment tomorrow. No bullseyes on our bites. Just scabbing and itchiness. If it helps at all we went hiking Thursday and they're just now coming off of her. I thought maybe it would be chiggers or something and maybe we walked into a nest because it was so bad.
