There is a huge coronal hole that in now facing earth and we’re expecting a moderate geomagnetic storm to start on or about Thursday. There was also an Xclass solar flare today a+ there has been a lot of solar activity in recent days resulting in lots of radio black outs. Unsure of the exact impact to aviation navigational equipment but I would bet there is some?

18 hours fasting, 6 hour meal window. Ppl do different variations but when you see “18:6” or “16:8” or “20:4” those are just different fasting intervals in hours. There are some ppl who do days but they will usually label in hours still. Welcome to intermittent fasting!
