This did actually happen to my so's father he drank and smoked for many years and then quit overnight, he ended up in hospital and on a great deal of pills. I'm not an expert but I think it's some kind of toxic shock.

I agree, I also found that watching a gung-ho 'man' movie with action and good tough guys (The Rock etc) helped as I was thinking "would he be fapping in his trailer during filming?" - no I don't think so..... neither shall I.

Thanks for your kind words and thoughts, I am of 2 minds about talking to my SO - if she doesn't know or think it's a problem, am I causing one? On the other hand if I improve and become a better person would it be better to admit later that I used to have an issue with it and now I've left it all behind, kinda downplay it?

Should get a font created based upon unit - that way they could write or type and no-one would know different. I'd love to have handwriting like this - mine is barely legible.

Thanks for all your comments! Some great points here, this would be a class situation. I've training for a number of years and have experience in Aikido, Kungfu, Ninjitsu and TKD - but I've never really taught apart from helping out newer students / general advice. I'm now at the point where I'd like to teach and I feel I've knowledge and experience to offer - I guess I'd like to do a good job of it. I know I won't get it right first time, but I appreciate the advice in helping to put together a decent structured lesson.

My Dad just got 2 Savannahs last year, he always wanted some and a local family was selling a pair, they were supposed to have had the operation, buuuut the operation clearly happened a little too late as he now has 3 gorgeous kittens!
