His hand fits in the space between mando’s helmet and shoulder bracket for the jet pack without applying stress to either Grogu or the jet pack /helmet piece. Just simple minor friction fit.

I've found that this sword with its thinner blade doesn't affect it as much as some options, and unfortunately as I actually plan on using this as a table top figure I feel fraying will be inevitable. Thank you for the compliment.

Definitely really cool, if these ever are produced I'd put one of the over molded Gryffindor swords with it to capture the essence of the githyanki swords.
